There are no persons allowed during your appointment, so please plan accordingly! This is a home-based business, and I do not have my own visitors over during working hours, so please give me the same courtesy in return. Arriving solo will also ensure you receive a quality, distraction-free service.

We are located in Gwinnett county- the exact address will be provided after booking. All deposits and appointments are non-refundable. To protect the health of your esthetician and other clients, please reschedule if you are experiencing any flu/COVID-19 symptoms. We do not work over other lash technicians- please book a lash removal and full set if needed. To avoid a lash bath fee, make sure the lashes and area surrounding eyes are clean and free of oil/debris prior to your appt. If an allergic reaction or severe discomfort occurs during your service, your esthetician will immediately stop and remove the extensions to avoid any eye injury. After your appointment, you will have a 48hr grace period to return with any issues; after that timeframe, please book a fill or full set.

We all know Atlanta traffic can be hectic, so please plan accordingly! You will have a 10min grace period to arrive to your appt; after 10 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 20 mins, your appt will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. All appts that are not canceled 24hrs in advance will result in a 50% service charge and forfeiture of your deposit. You may reschedule your appt one time; if you reschedule more than once, you will have to re-book with a new deposit. No call/no show= forfeiture of deposit and 100% service charge.

As of August 2024, I am starting grad school and am no longer taking Groupon clients at this time. If you've already purchased a voucher and would still like to book with me, please schedule a standard appointment and contact Groupon for a refund on your voucher.
